1. Use the O365 admin console to find the user and select 'OneDrive', then click 'Create link to files'
2. Click the link that's generated
3. Once OneDrive opens up, click the 'gear' icon and select 'OneDrive settings'
4. Select 'More Settings' and click 'Site collection administrators'
5. Add permissions of user who needs access and click 'OK' once done.
6. Send link (step 2) to the user who requested access to the OneDrive folder.
