HelpDesk: Removing a user

1. Remove all the groups and licenses from O365
2. Delete Mitel extension
3. Update excel spreadsheet and say INACTIVE and turn all values to 0: GCO ITSO
4. In additional comments section for that user, say: Inactive since whichever date you removed the license.
5. Highlight section green (like below)

5. Send email to Bob, cc'ing Salem and Helpdesk
