This instruction explains how to add the Colligo Email Manager add-in to Outlook desktop and Outlook on the web, so the Colligo button shows up and can be used.
The key rule:
You must Add the Colligo Email Manager add-in from Outlook’s add-ins store, then restart Outlook (desktop) or refresh (web) so it appears.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Confirm you have a Colligo license
IT must assign you a Colligo license first.
Sign in using the same mailbox that received the license.
2. Add Colligo to Outlook
Open Outlook
Go to the Mail section.
Click the Home tab.
Look for the blue square icon (Get Add-ins / Apps).
Click it, then search for “Colligo”.
Select the first result: Colligo Email Manager.
Click Add.
Restart Outlook
3. Confirm it is installed
Open any email.
Look for the Colligo Email Manager icon/button.
Click it to open the Colligo panel.
