This article outlines the steps to sign into Mitel remotely for GCO staff.
When you sign into the Mitel softphone client outside of the office, you might get the error message, “Unable to reach your server at ucc-client.united-church.ca.” If so, follow the steps below to sign in manually.
- Enter your CH #.
- Enter your account password.
- Make sure “Use Windows Credentials” is unchecked.
- Make sure the “Domain” and “Server” credentials are the same as below.
- Click “Login”
