Mitel does not Connect due to password problem
Mitel uses the UCC password that is linked to your email address. Periodically, your UCC password expires and needs to be renewed. After renewing your password Mitel needs to have the new password entered.
If you are logged into VPN, you will get a message that your UCC password will expire in X days. When you update your password, the password gets changed on (1) your computer and (2) on UCC servers. If you have not been logged into VPN, then your password could expire, without you receiving the reminder to update your password. In this case, your first indicator that your password has expired could be that Mitel does not work. If you cannot reset your Mitel password, then open a ticket with HelpDesk.
For more information on how to change/update password, see How to Update Password.
