USER ISSUE
When I login to Church Hub, I'm getting an error message that says "Access Denied". I previously could log in successfully, but now I'm getting that error message.
Solution:
1. Browser:
Sometimes the problem is due to the Browser that you're using. For example, you may get different login messages if you login using Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer. The Church Hub is tested most heavily in Chrome, and so we recommend that you try login using Chrome.
2. Browser Version:
Browser software gets updated often automatically, where patches are applied, usually for security issues. Try login using Chrome and the most recent version or updates with Chrome.
3. Automatic login to Chrome or other Browser:
Often people have automatic logins to browsers. For example, you may automatically login using a Gmail account. You may have to logout from your Chrome browser, and then login again, or use the "Guest" profile to resolve some issues.
