This article explains the problem where the ChurchHub login name does not match the user/person's real name. Here, you can find a video example, the solution, and past results.
Problem:
When login to Church Hub Dave Jagger saw different name in his Info. It showed him as Jim Wolff.

Case opened with Protiviti.
Protiviti cleared the cache on ChurchHub, and turned off saving cached data.
Result:
Since implementing the above solution, there have been no more instances of this problem. We expected to hear from CH users, that CH was slower, as a result, but that feedback hasn't happened.
