ARTICLE SUMMARY

This article contains the solution to the problem where the philanthropy field staff receive error messages when needing to run report for Mission and Service.

Problem:

Philanthropy field staff who need to run reports for Mission & Service, get error message:

Solution:

1. run odbc from the Windows "type here to search"

2. ADD User DSN for ChurchRecords as below.

3. Click on Test Connect to confirm that the ODBC connection works.

4. The Crystal Report should work now.
