This article explains the steps on how to update the customer satisfaction (CSAT) email to requestors.
When a Fresh Desk ticket is Closed, an email asking the Customer (Requestor) to fill out a survey gets sent out. The attached video shows how to edit that email.
Summary Steps:
1. Go into Admin, Automation
2. Go to Ticket updates
3. Go to JK2 CSAT automation.
4. Update email by adding placeholder for Ticket url.
