To access the Phish Alert button on your Outlook Desktop

This article outlines the steps you can take to access the Phish Alert button on your desktop Outlook app.

1. Select ‘…’ on your Outlook Desktop ribbon and on the drop-down menu you will see Phish Alert Report under a new Phish Alert heading (as shown below). If you do not see Phish Alert, please try restarting Outlook and check again.

2. To make access quicker, you can right-click/long press on Phish Alert Report and select ‘Pin to Ribbon’ (as shown below):

3. The Phish Alert button will now be available on the Outlook Desktop ribbon (as shown below):
