Naming Convention For Regional Council Committee Sites

It is essential to establish a standardized naming convention for SharePoint sites dedicated to Regional Council (RC) Committees. Following these steps will ensure consistency and ease of use across all Regional Councils:

1. Include the Region acronym at the beginning of the site title to make it easily identifiable. For example, use "RC-SW Audit Committee" or "WOW Executive" as the site title.

2. Be consistent in including the "RC" parts of the acronym for each committee.
