Reason for Onboarder Security:
Anyone who needs access to ChurchHub needs to have an invitation emailed to them, which will allow them to create a login to ChurchHub.
People accessing ChurchHub are:
- Ministers
- Applicants and Candidates for ministry
- People who are on committees and have a SharePoint site for committees
- Community of Faith Admins (COF Admins) who access ChurchHub to update Community of Faith documents and other processes
UCC Staff who can Onboard a person to ChurchHub need to have specific security permissions, and this knowledge article documents how to set those permissions.
Process
In Dynamics 365, an IT staff sets the permissions as follows:
To identify a person as a Onboarder to ChurchHub is determined by the Field Security Profile as follows:
Those are the steps:
- Go to Settings > Security > Field Security Profiles
- Choose the ChurchHub Onboarder profile
- On the new window that opens, hit Users on the left panel
- Hit Add on the superior panel
- Select the user that will have the new permission
- Save the changes
