Article summary
This article explains how to delete old draft or cancelled ROCA forms from the Record of Call/Appointment dashboard. The Delete button stays grey until you select a draft or cancelled form, then it becomes red and clickable. After you confirm, the form disappears from your dashboard view.
Purpose
Remove old draft or cancelled ROCA forms from your ROCA dashboard list.
Before you start
You must be logged in and able to access the ROCA Record of Call/Appointment dashboard.
Steps
When you (as Regional Council staff) view Record of Call/Appointment dashboard, you will see a greyed-out “delete” button at bottom right side of the dashboard. It is greyed out for the majority of the forms in your list.
2. When you select a draft or cancelled form the “delete” button is red and live.
3. Select the “delete” button and you will see a pop-up at the bottom of the form. If you choose “confirm” the form is deleted, but you have a chance to “cancel” your delete request if you changed your mind.
4. Once you select “confirm” the dashboard will reload and your old draft/cancelled form is gone. (Note that the form is now just removed from your dashboard – it still exists in the historical sharepoint lists that GC staff have access to).
