This article explains how you can add 3rd party apps to Teams
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Go to Teams admin center <https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard >
2. Go to Teams and add ALLOW the app
3. Under Permission policy click on the GLOBAL (Org-Wide default) > go to ADD APPS find the app you allowed in the previous step and add it, if successful it will show up in the list below ALLOWED APPS
4. Go to Azure Enterprise Apps > Click new application > add the app you added in previous steps (if it’s there already click on it)
5. Once in the app you just added you can add users or groups (as of writing this you can’t use O365 groups for this) add the users you want to have permissions and then inform the users, the change takes place immediately (confirmed during testing)
